Soffit and Fascia
Soffits and fascias are made to help you protect the exterior of your house. In most cases, gutters are attached to what is commonly known in the construction industry as “Trim”. They are requiring tedious maintenance and often do not provide adequate ventilation in the rafters of your roof.
If they did not resist the hands of time or are rotten, they must be replaced before installing new gutters. We recommend that you replace your old soffits with brand new aluminum products that are technologically advanced and maintenance free.
