Soffits require tedious maintenance and often do not provide adequate ventilation in the rafters of your roof. We recommend that you replace your old soffits with brand new aluminum products that are technologically advanced and maintenance free. In most cases, gutters are attached to what is commonly known in the construction industry as “Trim”.

If they did not resist the hands of time or they are rotten, they must be replaced before installing new gutters.
